WHAT IS A PANNA?

When a player with the ball tricks his opponent and finds a way to pass it in between their legs, it is called a “Panna” (Nutmeg).  Over the past few years, Panna games have quickly taken over the streets of Europe.  A panna game is a (1 v 1) 3 minute match played with two small goals.

There are two ways to win.  Score the most goals or perform a Panna on your opponent.  If it sounds easy, try a game.  Performing a Panna requires great skill, fakes and ball mastery,  Especially when your opponents are expecting it.
