All new at CSS, we welcome Rob Williams to our staff of professional coaches and trainers. Rob is a licensed physical trainer with extensive background working with youth athletes.
Sessions will focus on getting the athletes quicker, faster, stronger and moving with proper running form. We will also develop core strength and explosiveness through plyometrics
